1. Feeding
   Electronic components are manually loaded or fed into the machine through devices such as a vibrating feeder.
2. Positioning
   The machine aligns and positions the components to ensure they enter the correct pockets of the carrier tape.
3. Placing into Carrier Tape
   The components are inserted into the pockets of the carrier tape at fixed intervals.
4. Cover Taping / Sealing
   A cover tape is applied and sealed onto the carrier tape, usually through heat sealing or pressure sealing, to secure the components.
5. Reeling
   The finished taped components are wound onto reels for storage, transportation, and use in SMT production lines.
